The Berberlodge had been on our list of must stays for a long time. After a few kilometers over dry plains, the terra-colored lodge appears, surrounded by cacti, agaves and palms.
The tajine Berbère combines flavours of the Atlas. This traditional stew consists of simple vegetables as potatoes, onion, tomatoes, carrot and zucchini. By stewing these together with water and herbs, you create a simple but tasty dish.
This event is now over, but we are already thinking about the next edition! This gathering was all about spring, so we chose #greenterior as the theme. With lots of rattan furniture, beautiful woolen textiles, greenery and a series of botanical artworks.
