Shipping cost & delivery time

If you have ordered products that are in stock, we will ship them as soon as we receive your payment. Delivery time depends on your country of residence. If your products are not in stock, the delivery time is stated in the product description. We work with small stocks to prevent waste and to make your product exactly to your wishes.

• Shipping costs will automatically appear at checkout
• After ordering you will receive a track and trace code
• We ship our packages as green as possible and don’t use plastics
• We deliver our products in 100% hand sewn cotton dust bags
• We only send invoices digitally

Return or exchange

Do you want to return or exchange something? That’s no problem. If you send us an email, we will process this as soon as possible. For this we need the following information from you:

• Your name and order number
• The product you want to return
• At exchange, please let us know which new product you would like to receive

Terms of returning a product:

• Within 14 days of purchase your product is in our possession
• The product has to be in the same condition as upon receiving
• You can’t return a custom made product
